QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering (Master's or Ph.D. students or candidates are having a plus),
- Having keen insterest in electrical motors and electromagnetic design,
- Having ability of CAE tools such as SPEED as well as Flux and Ansys/Maxwell or other types of motor design and electromagnetic analysis software is a plus,
- Understanding of construction/manufacturing methods of electric machines,
- Will be able to work 4 days at least in a workweek,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Çerkezköy.
Arçelik is looking for a Project Engineer – R&D Electrical Design deparment who will work for WAT Motor Company
- Seeking methods to improve electric machine performance in terms of material, cost, new design models etc.,
- Following new technological trends and new products in the market,
- Developing test plans and delivers test reports,
- Working with mechanical engineers finalize electric machine design,
- Working with production and planning team members for the prototyping and type&routine testing phases and also other various stages; prototype, pre-production and production,
- Working with sales and customer care team members to provide technical solutions to the customer needs.
