QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production,
- Having no restriction on traveling,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
- Strong knowledge of MTM analysis,
- Six sigma knowledge is preferable,
- Modelling &Simulation knowladge is preferable
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Çayırova.
Arçelik is looking for a Engineer - Supplier Process Development who will work for Production Technologies.
- Making Technology Development, Innovation and Business Development studies especially in plastic and metal process suppliers,
- Performing cost reduction projects by process standardization and productivity improvements,
- Making plant and work station design studies in line with efficient process and material flows at production line in suppliers
- Carrying out line balancing activities and MTM analyses to increase effciency in suppliers,
- Making bottleneck analyses & capacity analyses and take precautions by doing improvement activities in order to maintain production sustainability,
- Getting involved in Industry 4.0 activities and coordinate projects in suppliers,
- Making technical, organizational and systematic qualification assessments of suppliers to determine their deficiencies and shortcomings and start activities for development in suppliers,
- Conducting performance assessments of suppliers and then leading quality and process improvement efforts.
