Backend Developer

• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes,
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimising output to match the specific platform,
• Focusing on coding and debugging,
• Collaborating with Front-end developers,
• Staying in touch with business developers and customers and analyse their needs,
• Defining and communicating technical and design requirements,
• Designing and implementing of data storage solutions,
• Building and maintaining Token’s B2C and B2B software products,
• Implementing, debugging and maintaining cloud-based, large-scale and production level backend web applications,

The position is located in ITU/Maslak

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or other related fields,
• Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend engineering,
• Having experience with highly scalable systems (financial transactions etc.),
• Having demonstrable experience with microservices architecture,
• Passionate with readable and maintainable coding (SOLID Principles),
• Having experience with one of the major cloud services providers (AWS, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud etc.),
• Having experience of Authentication protocols. (OAuth 2, JWT, PKI),
• Knowledge of industry-standard cryptographic protocols,
• Participating in the overall application lifecycle
