QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Minimum 6 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the consumer product or e-commerce space.
- Ability to develop, present, and execute performance marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or other tracking software.
- Google AdWords and Analytics certifications are big plus.
- Hands-on experience on marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns).
- Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising.
- Having programmatic advertising experience.
- Well-versed in experimenting with content and strategy to optimize for important metrics.
- Understanding of the digital landscape, and a proven interest in staying on top of developments in social platforms and applications.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing and delivering big ideas.
- Strong understanding of analytics, with the ability to generate and present reports.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.

- Creating & optimizing campaign strategies and creatives across the digital landscape Facebook AdWords (Search, Display), Youtube, Google.
- Performing A/B testing & ROI optimization.
- Working closely with the brand teams and also with the digital specialist across the globe.
- Establishing and own goals and performance metrics for organic social; monitor regularly to understand the effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Sharing ongoing strategic recommendations on social platforms and updates based on trends in social listening, the competitive landscape, platform updates, etc.
- Creating organized, cohesive decks for our markets across the world that clearly demonstrate strategic thinking and generate enthusiasm for the social work.
- Creating performance reports that present actionable insights.
