QUALIFICATIONS

•      Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
•      At least 5 year experience in payroll operations/services,
•      Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and procedures,
•      Knowledge of labor law and social security is required,
•      Knowledge of HRIS systems,
•      Strong Ms Office skills,
•      Excellent communication and analytical skills,
•      Good time management, prioritizing, and able to work with deadlines, 
•      Detailed knowledge of SAP HR module,
•      Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•      To establish and implement payroll processes; to make all payroll payments in Anadolu Efes Türkiye and Anadolu Efes Group Office,
•      To manage the SSI and all legal notification processes, to control the incentives to be utilized, 
•      To ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and instantly and proactively implement possible changes in payroll database and systems,
•      To manage payroll team and establish HRIS and reporitng infrastructure, to manage and improve HR self service portals in line with needs,
•     To manage personnel database; to follow up payroll and personnel information,
•      To execute the calculation of sales bonus within the framework of  corporate processes,
•      To participate in developing Group-level HRIS systems projects,
•      To provide support to the entire organization regarding all payroll related matters.
