We are looking foran Quality Engineer who is going to be a part of our Quality Assurance Team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering departments
• 2+ years business experience in a global organization in Quality department.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Excellent use of windows applications, knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Strong written and spoken communication skills, Ability to communicate with a wide range of people—up, down and across the organization
• Strong problem solving ability, flexible with a team orientated environment
• Self-motivated, high on achievement; result-oriented, able to work under pressure, self starter
• Good analytical skills
• Problem solving and customer oriented
• Living in Adana or willing to live.
• Military service must be completed for male candidates,

Responsibilities

• To help for improvements of the quality, food safety and Food Defense standards
• To help to prepare action plans to adapt the changes on the existing  standard revisions and follow up.
• Helping for the documentation of the Quality Systems.
• To help the Quality manager to keep the system effective and being proactive for possible Non Conformities.
• To help the internal audit team to have more effective  internal audits on quality and food safety standards as the standards are more stricter than before and asking for more details.
• To help for the food safety, Food Defense and quality systems training.
• To be the representative person during the absence of the Quality Manager & Lab Manager for the Quality and Food Safety Systems. And during the customer visits, audits authorities.
• To help for the regulatory follow up and adapt the related changes to the systems.
• To help for the AIBI preparation and training of the people.
• To help for the FSPCA preparation.
• The requirements of the standards are getting more strict and needs strictly follow up.  
• To help for the IP, Halal and Kosher certifications
