As Amcor Flexibles İstanbul, we produce flexible packaging materials for many manufacturers for domestic and abroad customers. AF Istanbul exports more than half of its annual sales and is the leader of the sector with employees of 320.

The position will be located in the plant which is in Tuzla, candidates should be aware of logistics constraints.

We are looking for a team member to take part in Quality Control Specialist which reports to the Quality Manager, with the following qualifications; 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The position will be responsible for following and improving the QC process, taking part in QC tests and Process Control,
• To develop and implement Quality KPI’s and leading reporting
• Responsible for improving QC-activities in terms of customer needs
• Making sure all the production process follows food safety and quality management systems,
• Following up product customer complaints and preparing actions
• Following up to supplier management system
• Responsible for release products according to quality standarts,

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in the area of Chemical/Material/Food Engineering,
• Advanced knowledge of English,
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a multinational company in production sector,
• Good command of MS office programs,
• Strives for high standards, seeks innovative solutions, drives continuous improvement of products and processes and demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail,
• Ability to quickly analyse complex problems to find actionable pragmatic solutions,
• A perfect communicator and team player in multi-cultural environment and self-motivated and strong work ethic, detail oriented and problem solving skills,
