We are recruiting a Tender Sourcing Leader, reporting to AMECA (Africa, Middle East, and Central Asia) Tender Sourcing Director.

 Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical discipline, with 5 years' work experience in sourcing.
• High level of analytical skills and experience in driving global tender processes.
• Intermediate level of Excel knowledge
• Communication skills & team spirit
• Fluent in English. French is an asset
• Ability for International travel

  Job Description:

• Develops and implements sourcing strategy at tender phase to ensure optimal cost productivity (i.e. preferred suppliers, saving & risk assessments, etc.…) 
• Collects and formalizes Return of Experience on projects deployed in the region
• Liaises with Engineering Department, with Bid Managers and with many different stakeholders (i.e. Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, etc.…)  in order to prepare tender sourcing commitment.
• Challenges commodity buyers & managers to increase competitiveness and ensures convergence of commodity strategies with Tenders
• Manages sourcing QCDP commitment into Tender
• Leads Prebid agreements at tender phase when it brings a real advantage
• Proactive cooperation with Engineering to ensure “Design to Cost”
• Consolidates the sourcing commitment in tender phase including actualization & firming calculations
• Builds realistic, competitive and on-time tender cost commitment
