WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

• Manage and control the production process to ensure the continuity of the process while meeting delivery times, quality and safety demands
• Troubleshoot production problems and ensure a smooth, safe and efficient production operation.
• Maintain highest standards of safety, quality and productivity on the production floor.
• Monitor key performance indicators and strive for continuous improvement and improve the productivity and efficiency of the process
• Manage machine utilization, review processing and improve production and productivity and report any process problems to Plant Manager
• Lead production team, oversee daily production and support the team to ensure machines run efficiently
• Develop, Plan and direct production schedules and shifts, assign duties of the team and ensure efficient shift hand-over
• Authorize HR topics like overtime, onboarding, performance management and ensure all employees follow procedures
• Prepares daily production figures for production meeting and Comply month-end reports
• Manage production department and customer relations related with production
• Assess training needs of staff and ensures execution of training and ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

• Bachelor’s or higher in any engineering fields
• Minimum 5 year experiences in same position
• B Class Safety Certification is plus
• Experience in plastic or any related industries, preferably in extrusion blow moulding,
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximising the effective manufacture and distribution of products
• Able to handle a large and tight volume with dynamic changing schedule
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Knowledge of 5S, OPEX and HSE are an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
