Call Center Studio offers an innovative call center solutions software to our clients over the cloud. Cloud Call Center market is rapidly growing. Our objective is to become a global player, and you will play a critical role by leading the marketing team.

Here is what we expect from you (We are looking for an individual willing to learn the items below in a short amount of time)

• Creating sales material
• Managing a small team (2-3)
• Managing Call Center Studio's digital presence (Website, Social Media, Outreach Campaigns)
• Reports to the Director of Channel Development 
• Assist the sales team to meet their quotas
• Less than 3 years of experience

Requirements

- Experience in Adobe XD or similar solution to create marketing material

- Familiar with WordPress

- Experience using CRM & Marketing Automation tools (Preferably Active Campaign)
