Alfred Concierge Services is the first concierge services company of Turkey for luxury hotels, residences and office buildings as well as shopping centers. We are providing receptionists, bellboys, doormans and valet service with high end service culture.

Alfred is also the owner of ALFY “rent a driver for your own car” a fast growing service through mobile application business available through IOS and Android stores.  

Alfred Concierge Services is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for below duties;

• Conducting market research in order to analyze the competition and to determine the strategy on the issues related to new business and investment opportunities for the growth of the company and increase its share in the market,
• To take an active role in making decisions in line with the set strategies by observing and analyzing competitors, market trends and customer needs,
• Identify new business opportunities, establish customer relationships and manage customer data,
• Identify new sales channels and prospects while building the business case to pursue out-of-the-box channels or sales prospects,
• Execute on closing business opportunities,
• To prepare budgetary, feasibility and business plan reports in line with the aims and objectives of the projects,
• Carrying out activities to increase brand awareness and market share,
• Identifying new business areas, developing products, conducting market research to analyze competition and presenting them in reports,
• To monitor financial, operational efficiency and profitability,
• To have a corporal network (both local and international) is a plus,
• To have basic understanding of digitilization and awareness in service through mobile application.

Qualifications

•       Bachelors degree from a top tier university,
•       7 – 10 years experience preferably in business development at service sector,
•       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
•       Excellent command of MS Office Programs,
•       Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills,
•       Able to conduct corporate meetings in a professional manner,
•       Ability ro conduct feasibility research,
•       Strong influencing and negotiation skills,
•       Proven self-starter, result oriented and problem solver,
•       Experience in financial tables and budgeting,
•       Valid driver’s licence.
