QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering,

· Preferably, 5-7 years of work experience in internal audit and/or independent audit.

· Demonstrates proficiency in analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.

· Preferably skilled in utilizing SQL and proficient in big data analysis tools.

· Preferably holds professional certifications (CIA, CFSA, CRMA).

· Preferably experienced in the building materials sector.

· Advanced level of English proficiency.

· No travel restrictions.

· Capable of actively driving a vehicle.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Maintaining and contributing Internal Audit Department strategies in Akçansa in line with the policies and standards

· Supporting organization with the knowledge and awareness of internationally accepted process and internal control applications.

· Coordinating all technical audit services at Akçansa, managing relationship and communication with the IA Manager and stakeholders in exposed areas

· Conducting audits (process audit, continuous monitoring audits, investigation or follow-up audit) alone or in a team, conducting testing of all processes, identifying reportable issues and dimensions of risk

· Managing daily operations such as representing IA department in various platforms, participating projects to share know-how and/or represent IA department.

· Keeping in touch with all departments of Akçansa, Heidelberg Materials and Sabancı Audit Groups for improvement and know-how transfer and create synergy.
