                                                             Sales Manager / Supervisor

Ahmad Tea Çay ithalat Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi( Ahmad Tea-Turkey) is currently searching for a Sales Manager to set up and run a sales operation in Turkey market.

 

Role Overview

Job Position: Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor

This role will be in close cooperation with Ahmad Tea Co. Turkey Country Manager.

The role is to be primarily responsible for all Distributing and Sales Operation and Procedure, efficient and timely manner. 

Main Characteristics and Responsibilities:

  • University degree in Business Administration or MBA,
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position, FMCG company for Traditional and Modern  Trades  segments.  (  Experience in Tea and drink Market is as an advantage),
  • Advanced interpersonal and leadership skills,
  • Self-motivate and Multitask, Flexible and Working as a team member, Creative and high communication skill, Problem solver in Sales Issues,
  • Good command of English and Turkish Speaking and Writing, 
  • Good skills in using office softwares specially, Excel, Word and Power Point and outlook,
  • Planning and Executing of annual Sales plan including Handle the full sales cycle from identifying a new sales opportunity until successfully closing a deal, Develop and Execute the sales Strategy, Tactics and Programs to meet defined Sales goals, i.e.: negotiation of annual agreements, pricing plans, Merchandising Plans and etc.
  • Good ability and skills in relationship with Distributors and Chain Stores,
  • Strive for achieving to Marketing Objectives based on Sales Targets and working in marketing and business plan framework,
  • Good knowledge and Experience in developing and management of Sales Channel Network, distributor's assessment and sales opportunities,
  • Strong ability to work within and be successful in a highly matrixes environment,
  • Excellent Selling, Communication, Negotiation and Influencing skills, 
  • Sales data on a daily basis, devising a suitable plan to achieve sales goals and close performance gaps if needed,
  • Good knowledge in Sales Accountant Control,
  • Follow up and Controlling on Accounts payment,
  • Good experience on Sales Agreement articles and issues and moreover agreement implementation,
  • Providing all weekly, Monthly, Seasonally and yearly Sales Trends Report,
  • Good ability and skill in relationship with Key Accounts,
  • Supporting Ahmad Tea Brand Guidelines in sales operation and management,

  • Age: Max: 42 Years old,
  • Sex: Male / Female,
  • Available for internal and Abroad Business Trips,

The ideal candidate should have experience in Turkey of building and maintaining relationships with regional distributors as well as direct selling to the retail trade (modern chains and traditional trades) and to the HORECA and Organization Segments.)

He / she will have a proven track record in creating and developing dynamic and motivated sales network which thrives on the ability to be agile and entrepreneurial locally.

The Employee must at all times carry out his/her responsibilities with due regard to Ahmad Tea’s policies and procedures in particular; Health & Safety, Financial Authorization, confidentiality and data security and all other relevant policies.
