Job Description:

·         Plan and execute export strategy consistent with overall aims and requirements of the company

·         Conduct market research for each market in region. Distribution, competition, market shares

·         Managing relationships with distributors and key partners, including leading participation in key customer visits, industry events and conferences.

·         Establish and build long-term relationships with customers

·         Administer all existing clients and ensure optimal level of marketing strategies and design required consumer promotions for various trade fairs and maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and assist to identify new markets.

·         Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.

·         Provide leadership and guidance to your customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments

·         Coordinate with management and plan participation in all trade shows and ensure all activities according to customer specifications and assist business partners to design efficient distributing strategies for customers and ensure compliance to all regulations.

·         Maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant export laws and procedures. Tariffs and duties, licences and restrictions

·         Creating a consistent and strong brand culture

·         Developing the global marketing strategy for new and existing products

·         Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR.

·         Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs

Education And Experience

·         Have bachelor’s degree related fields from a reputable university

·         Min. 15 years of relevant Export experience such as in FMCG sectors

·         Understanding of regulatory compliance with export rules and regulations

·         Excellent command in English or Arabic (Knowledge of second language is a plus)

·         Have a strong customer relationship management skill

·         Strong analytical and conceptual skills

·         Good knowledge in export business processes, export legislation, customs legislation and international trade law.

·         No military obligation for male candidates

·         Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others

·         No obstacles for travelling and ability to organize multi trips at long distances with  excellent time management and organization skills
