Supplier Quality Engineer

We are looking for a " Supplier Quality Engineer " with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Gönen Factory.

If you have,

• Bachelor's degree in engineering departments, (preferably Textile Engineering)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality area of a manufacturing company preferably in automotive industry,
• Knowledge of the quality standards for automotive industry (such as IATF 16949),
• Having IATF 16949 internal auditor certificate is preferable,
• Knowledge of basic Q-Tools (FMEA, SPC, CP, MSA, etc) and customer requirements (PPAP, APQP, VDA etc.),
• Fluency in spoken and written English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Knowledge on Problem solving tools (6 Sigma, 8D, FTA, Ishikawa, 5why etc.),
• Dynamic, team player, good communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Having B Class Drivers license and being an active driver,
• Availability to travel and work with different locations,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

The duties you will be responsible for when you joined Adin Oto Donanım as a " Supplier Quality Engineer " ;

• Monitoring/Collecting/Analyzing supplier issues and performances,
• Managing SMRR&PPAP activites,
• Improving the supplier quality performance by working with them
• Managing supplier related issues such as claims, notifications and quality trials,
• Managing & evaluating supplier 8D’s
• Leading problem solving activities,
• Support monitoring, evaluation, analysis and improvement of quality KPIs and lead improvement projects,
• Participating in daily performance meetings to follow up daily quality performance and initiate improvement Projects.
• Leading the team who is reporting to Supplier Quality Engineer position
