Adecco Group, has been providing Recruitment Outsourcing Project (RPO) for one of our client to support and execute the recruitment processes while answering the needs of business with a proactive approach during the KPIs & SLAs.

We are looking for a “Onsite Senior Recruitment Consultants” to work in our client office.

As a “Senior Recruitment  Consultant”, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities and will work closely with all Line Managers and HR Team. The candidate we are looking for is the one who takes a proactive approach for finding the best talent and building good relationships across the organization.

• Bachelor’s or Master degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar experience in recruitment with multinational experience
• Service focused personality, good planning, organizing and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented
• Analytical approach
• Ability to act as a team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good level of MS Office applications

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for all recruitment process for our client
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in order to ensure successful hiring in line with guidelines & SLAs
• Meetings with hiring managers for position briefs in order to find candidates that meet their requirements in terms of skill and qualification.
• Keep candidates and Line Managers informed at all stages of the recruitment process via regular and/or ad-hoc reporting
• Efficiently and effectively work on vacancies inline with the time line
• Update and utilize recruiting databases and job boards
• Hands-on candidate attraction & sourcing - LinkedIn, and Career Portals
• Execute proactive pool searches; create and manage recruitment sources to provide appropriate talent to the company
• Screen & select candidates and conduct competency based interviews
• Follow up recruitment KPIs: hiring performances
• Taking active part in resourcng activities and staying in touch with all HR stakeholders to create synergy with all team members
