 We are looking for a “ Finance Capital Productivity Analyst " to work in our for business partner.

*The position you apply for is a 8 months temporary role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Fluency in both spoken & written English
• Excellent writing, analytical and communication skills
• Solid business & financial background
• Investment evaluation and financial analysis experience
• Ability to adapt to change and work with different stakeholders coming from different backgrounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, numerical & analytical skills, presentation skills, high level of communication skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in teams

Job Description 

• Process Owner for Global Brain and Power Steering
• Governance & Adherence of Capital and Productivity workflow and approval hierarchy governance
• Capital Global Brain / Power Steering System support for BU E2E SC
• Deployment & Adherence of COE Policy, Procedures and Best Practice
• Deliver end user training on Systems (as per request)
• Finance support to SC Partners and SCF BP in Capital & Productivity agenda for PxF/ACP/AOP and PSP Planning Process – calendar / scope / target setting
• Capital Performance/Productivity Tracking for the BU E2E SCF BP & SC LT – feeding PBR , follow up w TQE teams
• General / Adhoc support on all aspects of Capital & Productivity (definitions, calculations, systems)
• Validate compliance with Sector IRR thresholds & midsized productivity targets
• Governance/Integrity of Capital & Productivity Financials
• Validate compliance with COE policy also validate compliance with Sector IRR thresholds
• Track actual spend and own submitting required monthly reports to BU with required explanation of deviation versus plan and forecast
