We are looking for “Commercial Project Manager” who has the following qualifications for our client“Siemens-Gamesa Renewable Energy” company which is operating in the wind turbine sector, to work at the main office located in İzmir.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a finance related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a project-based business (e.g. Maintenance Projects) in a controlling or project finance related position 
• Proactive and results oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic work activities 
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines 
• Hands on experience in commercial operations 
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (expert knowledge of Excel) and SAP 
• Have a good knowledge on Accounting; IFRS, Controlling & Reporting
• Proactive and results oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize

İŞ TANIMI

• Commercial management of PoC Projects in line with IFRS and Local GAAP 
• Order registration in SAP, invoicing and following WBS related activities for projects. 
• Follow-up, planning, reporting and reconciliation of customer accounts and controlling of Project related costs. (Follow-up guarantees, bonds, accruals, accounting documents and all receivables) 
• Taking Part in Budget & Planning Phases (Execute financial analysis, develop various financial reports)
• Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g. SAP 
• Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities. 
• Actively communicates with customer's commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues. 
• Project execution with all internal guidelines/regulations along with Financial Reporting Guidelines.
