QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Building a strong relationship with the captains and crew members prior to their visit and providing all the necessary information they may request – about the region, legal formalities, local attractions, itineraries etc.
- Welcoming the yacht in person,
- Coordination and delegation of all yacht clearance formalities with port authorities including Harbor Master, Passport Police, Immigration, Health and Sanitary and Custom offices,
- Ensuring a smooth communication with the yacht management team and providing all their needs and fulfilling their requests during their stay,
- Provisioning of all local and international food & beverage products and interior supplies & requests coming from the yachts
- Arranging transfers (guests & crew) including luxury transport arrangements,
- Providing all concierge services,
- Organizing tailor-made excursions and VIP events both for yacht owners and crew members,
- Providing crew and guest assistance within all means (city and shopping tours, beauty, medical arrangements, flower arrangements etc.
- Sourcing technical services and refitting needs,
- Entering all services provided to the yachts into the data system, following up the supplier invoices and other related documents.
