Hitachi ABB Power Grids is currently looking for the “Project Planning Control Specialist”, who will be located at Dudullu and will be part of the Power Grids, Distribution Transformers.

Your background

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field.
•  Experience in Planning & Scheduling environment.
• Knowledge of project management techniques, processes, and tools, including Project Management software like MS Project, will be an advantage and Office tools.
•  A high level of self-motivation, curiosity.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills across all levels of management.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Completed military service for male applicants.

Your responsibilities 

• Ensuring all projects follow the sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard procedures, with the provision of integrated schedule and cost-control performance measurement processes for the project’s entire scope of work.
• Monitoring project progress and regularly analyzing project-critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressing according to plan, highlighting any deviations or scheduling issues, and providing input for optimizing resources.
• Identifying and analyzing project risk and suggesting improvement actions and mitigation plans.
• Working closely with cross functions and collaborating with the team 
• Preparing and participating in reviews and communicating progress to the wider teams.
