QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for “Marketing & Sales Manager-Azerbaijan and Georgia” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB Power Grids in Dudullu location with below qualifications;
Your background;
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or MBA would be advantage,
- Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience in Power and/or T&D industry,
- Strong network of customers within utility, O&G, infrastructure segments,
- Customer and business oriented, strong commercial and communication skills, and leading virtual teams.
Your responsibilities;
- Generates demand in the Azerbaijan and Georgia Markets that creates growth in line with the Global Business and Business Line strategy by ensuring business development and sales activities,
- Provides input to Global Business and Business Line strategy,
- Ensures achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed,
- Focuses on achievement of total demand orders, Net Promoter Score (NPS), cross-Business Line orders and demand related sales, general & administration cost,
- Drives customer focused collaboration (cross-Business Lines), raises awareness and ensures appropriate action towards market opportunities in conjunction with the Global Business Line Marketing & Sales function and the Group Account Management organization,
- Builds and maintains strong personal relationships with existing customers and other stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction level and develops new customers to generate growth,
- Strengthens customers’ perception of Business that is easy to do business with,
- Be the voice of the customer internally, proactively raise awareness and ensures proper action towards product quality improvement,
- Drives Marketing and Sales in the Azerbaijan and Georgia Markets, including product/ system/ solution launches,
- Drives sales efficiency and effectiveness,
- Ensures a balanced growth through all product lines/Product Groups/Business Lines,
- Creates demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a value base selling approach,
- Ensures agreed service levels are maintained through efficient business and support functions in back-end sales, as well as shared platforms and tools,
- Implements Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Business compliance standards and regulations in the area of responsibility,
- Personally lives the ABB values and Group standards.
- Supports the Global Business Lines in their Azerbaijan and Georgia Markets responsibility for the same,
- Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization,
- Ensures the accuracy of the financial statement reported in the related countries,
- Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized and directed,
- Builds an effective capable and high performing activity,
