QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


  • Responsibility for the entire campus and factory PRS (Protection Security )organization.
  • Preparing the location security concept and keeping it up to date
  • Planning of operational technical and organizational security measures based on security governance guidelines (eg defined in NITRO or event protection concept) as well as under consideration of legal or customer-specific requirements.
  • Supervision, coordination and documentation of processes for facility-related internal and external local security services (daily work)
  • Operation, maintenance and guarantee of functional availability of security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion warning system, key management system, protection service systems, etc.), tender and procurement procedures.
  • Company badge management (Bosch Badge Management), i.a. production and issuance of badges, management of access profiles/rights, handling of lost badges
  • Functional general coordination of procurement for supply protection services, incl. purchasing decision (eg, purchasing, procurement, service evaluation, audit).
  • Coordinates with PSO (Türkiye security officer) and makes necessary reports.
  • To have knowledge of YYS (Authorized Obligation Certificate) processes and to ensure compliance with practices.
  • Preparing civil defense and emergency regulations and submitting them to relevant government institutions
  • Keeping relevant tools up-to-date by following Bosch central instructions
  • Preparation, updating, archiving (BGYS) and implementation of procedures related to all processes mentioned,
  • All administrative works (such as cleaning, security, general site layout, landscaping, spraying, food, service, vehicle fleet, drinking water, telephone lines, work clothes, catering and hospitality, vending machines, archive etc.) throughout the campus are carried out effectively and efficiently. To carry out the necessary work and coordination, control, management of relevant service providers, invoice and progress payment controls, tracking and reporting of invoicing processes,
  • Determining the necessary needs for all services, working together with central purchasing to make annual contracts and purchases related to the service and procurement needed, making contracts and purchases related to works that are not within the scope of central procurement within the framework of laws, rules and regulations.
  • Follow-up of transactions related to company vehicles (vehicle identification, service, vehicle cleaning, repair, traffic fines, summer-winter tire change, periodic maintenance, inspection, insurance, vehicle mileage, fuel and Vehicle Damage Detection Status, etc.), company Provision of additional vehicles, OGS, HGS, fuel and related equipment required for the vehicle fleet,
  • Preparation of monthly and annual budgets, preparation of reports,
  • All kinds of vehicles, fuel, equipment, telephone, etc. allocated to the employees. Monitoring of all kinds of systems with limited use, making necessary cuts in case of exceeding the usage limits, related reporting
  • Supporting GSM Lines, procurement, follow-up, invoice controls presenting them to employees in accordance with procedures and instructions and ensuring their continuity,
  • To manage the procurement, distribution, and invoice controls of company mobile phones according to the relevant procedures.
  • Carrying out the necessary controls and studies for the regular and trouble-free operation of the personnel services, and route controls, arrangement and reporting,



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, and other relevant departments,
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience preferably in a multinational company
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Ability to handle, analyse of data and present it,
  • Attention to detail,
  • Analytical thinking, social competence & teamwork ability,
  • Excellent time management
  • To have a national security guard certificate.
  • Possess CPO/PSP and CFE certifications, if possible.
