İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in Organizational Effective Management-Commercial&Process Function, reporting Organizational Effectiveness Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Support the analysis of organization structures through as-is reviews
- Contribute to the definition of organizational needs and help designing target organization structures
- Define roles, responsibilities and accountabilities
- Plan implementation roadmap of organizational changes
- Support the development of operating model review and design activities
- Get involved in organizational effectiveness review studies including business model and sourcing structure dimensions
- Work closely with HRBPs to ensure adequate planning and healthy implementation of organizational changes
- Contribute to the definition of organizational needs and map in annual OE Roadmap
- Monitor structural and cost metrics periodically for OE metrics with respect to FTE, cost and certain KPI dimensions.
- Support the definition of E2E high level business process(es) and identify process discrepancies
- Identify process improvement areas
- Design target state processes that are aligned with capabilities and organizational structures
- Support local and VF Group guided transformation programs
- Contribute and become a team member for critical projects within VF Turkey to ensure that necessary process input and relevant change management support is in place.
- Analyze and propose how to generate change & innovation-hungry culture and implement accordingly
