R&D Project Leader (Construction Reinforcement)

Kordsa Global is searching for professionals to join its R&D Team as Project Leader

• A BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering. Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials sciences or Chemistry

• Minimum 2 years of experience  or Ph.D in Civil Engineering, materials field such as concrete production or construction reinforcement industry

• Good statistical analysis knowledge for data analysis and modelling. (e.g. 6 Sigma training, FEA)

• Project engineering and/or management experience is an asset

• Excellent command of written and spoken english

• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS office programs Excel, Word, Power Point

• Strong communication skills team worker as well as team leader

• Analytical thinking , result oriented , enthusiastic , fast in action but with detailed planning and good documentation , self motivated , positive and energetic ,creative , eager to learn continuously.

• Customer oriented problem solver who can identify the root causes and recommend/apply corrective actions

• No restriction for travelling.

• No military obligation for male candidates.

• Preferably located in Izmit.

 

İŞ TANIMI

• Takes part in R&D team of a global company’s technology center as project  engineer/leader.

• Generates ideas by investigating raw material, process,equipment, quality issues ; researches and evaluates the feasibility of ideas validating marketing(VOC) and innovation feedback.

• Facilitates,plans and implements projects related to process and product development for construction reinforcement business

• Develops project schedules and budgets, coordinates necessary resources and activities to execute the projects on time and as budgeted, meeting the objectives of the project

• Reports to the management with systematic documentation of the work done for each phase of projects
