Budget and Reporting Assistant Manager

o   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Statistics or other related disciplines of reputable universities,

o   Excellent written and spoken English,

o   Proficiency in MS Office Applications (especially in MS Excel and Powerpoint). Knowledge on SAP systems would be an asset,

o   Very good knowledge in IFRS reporting, Accounting and Budgeting,

o   4-5  yrs. of experience in Budgeting/Reporting/Finance or Audit departments in global companies; or 4-5 yrs. of experience in Audit Companies (Experience in big four audit firms would be an asset),

o   Excellent in relationship management and able to communicate in an effective and efficient manner with all levels of staff and upper management (within the department and interdepartmental),

o   Excellent time management skills and familiar to work with strict deadlines, Very good command of planning, organizing and coordinating skills,

o   Result oriented, self-motivated and a good team player,

o   No military obligation for male candidates.

o   Prepare & analyse monthly financial results and monthly financial forecasts of the Company according to our internal reporting schemes & schedules; present them to our top management and  international matrix managers in Zurich Group,

o   Prepare monthly financial performance reports within the Company and present them to our top management,

o   Monitor montly expense budget of the Company, report actual figures in a comparison with budgeted and forecasted figures, report them to related departments and to Zurich Group,

o   Work actively in the annual budgeting processes of the Company,

o   Prepare ad-hoc reports requested by top management or by Zurich Group on time.
