Quality and System Manager

We are looking for a "Quality and System Manager" for our customer.

Job Description

• Ensuring the preparation of recipes according to customer standards and checking compliance
• Following up on customer complaints and coordinating the process
• Ensuring the establishment of the necessary systems for production in accordance with quality standards
• Meeting the requirements of ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 45001 and Halal standards
• Ensuring internal and external audits are carried out in accordance with quality standards
• Coordinating the process to improve procurement quality and working on areas for improvement
• Tracking external analysis and review reports
• Organization of necessary trainings to spread quality awareness in all processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a quality manager
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food production
• Knowledge of microbiology, physical and chemical analysis
• ISO 9001, ISO 45001, Halal Food, BRC or HACCP quality system certificates
• Knowledge of environmental management systems, occupational health and safety
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Located in or moving into Gönen/Bandırma (Balıkesir) districts is a must
