Tumble Dryer R&D Engineer

We are looking for colleagues who want to be part of a good team to work in the R&D System Design unit of Tumble Dryer Factory.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Participating in R&D Project teams for developing new products
• Designing laundry drying system technical specifications, especially studing on heat exchanger, fan and air ducts by using CFD
• Optimizing laundry drying system technical specifications, especially studing on heat exchanger, fan and air ducts by using DOE methods
• Prototyping the new designs and planning performance tests including drying performance, optimizing energy and program time
• Preparing technical specification in order to procure the relevant parts from the supplier companies
• Carrying out and coordinating studies in accordance with the approved project schedule in projects where s/he is assigned as a project leader.
• Keeping in touch with different departments like Quality, Planning and Production during project development
• Eager to be a part of a team and understanding emotions of other people.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. is a plus
• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes
• Experience and knowledge in component development with external suppliers is a plus
• Competent in reporting and making presentations
• Strong technical background and analytical thinking skills
• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized) in White Goods industry
• Able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region
• No travel restriction
• No military obligation for male candidates.
