Export Sales and Operation Specialist

We are looking for colleagues with the qualifications below, who will contribute to our rapidly growing organisation at İstanbul Beylikdüzü facility;

• Bachelor's degree from University, preferably Business Administration, Economics, International Relations
• With at least  1 years of International Markets sales and Export operation experience, preferably Pharmaceutical Sector or Medical,
• Good knowledge of preparing export documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office Set  (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access),
• Excellent command of English both in writing and speaking is must, additional languages is an asset,
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills,
• Analytical thinking, result and detail oriented,
• Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills,
• Willingness and potential for learning and development,
• Military Service must be completed for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Setting Annual Sales Targets and Budgeting,
• Follow Up and ensure sales and realisation, Product’s stocks and customer’s demands,
• Prepare periodic Sales Reports,
• Organizing Customer visits and conduct market research for marketing activities,
• Track customer’s orders and mediate it between company departments, follow up of payments, prepare export documents and follow up the shipment processes,
• New customer research,
• Close cooperation with related departments, especially Regulatory,
• Strong commitment to catch up the deadlines of the assigned tasks.
