QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in a related field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related disciplines
• Willing to be developed in Supply Chain Management (Professional Logistics experience is not required)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy
• Excellent command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
• Willing to live in Kocaeli or Sakarya

JOB DESCRIPTION

Successful candidate will be employed in Assembly Division and main responsibility area will be Logistics Department in line with Toyota's short to midterm business policies & production plan.

• Maintain process/ flow optimization, develop mid-and long term plant logistics strategies
• Develop standard operation procedures & work instructions for logistics activities
• Define Logistics layout for the plant in terms of flow, including definition & design of logistics areas
• Report related Logistics metrics (KPIs) &  develop improvement plans including quality
