• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for:
