·         Be enthusiastic about multitasking and eager to develop yourself in this direction.

·         Be eligible to live and work in Izmir/Turkey.

·         Be fluent in English (this is essential).

·         Be university qualified.

Some experience in the service industry would be a plus.

What you’ll be doing….

·         Chasing and gathering the latest media plans, post-campaign reports, and competitive files from our clients' agency partners and agreed platforms in accordance with the specified deadlines.

·         Entering the related services data files with different templates to our media platform system.

·         Conducting essential (daily/monthly) verifications to guarantee the precision of entered data in the system and aiding the Account Team in accomplishing data quality tasks through our media platform system.

·         Maintaining internal systems with up to date and accurate media information.

·         Liaising with media agencies via email/call with the account team
