As a Product Specialist, as a member of the team responsible for determining the product vision and strategy, is to clearly express the business value for understanding the intention behind the updates we make in new products. You possess the strategy of the product and roadmap (the why), and you must collaborate with various stakeholders to build what matters.

As a Product Specialist, you work with the team responsible for cost analysis, product feasibility analyses, and new product processes. The Product Management Department acts as the CEO of the product (or product family). This often involves taking responsibility for product decisions (portfolio: additions or rationalizations) and being a leading source for the rest of the organization, especially supporting departments like sales and business support when deep product expertise is required. Additionally, you handle profit and loss responsibilities and pricing analysis.

In the role of a Product Specialist, you define the necessary features and requirements to bring a completed product to the market. It is your responsibility to express the business value for understanding the intention behind the updates made in new products, specifying "why" and "what," and also working with Design and R&D departments to determine "when." You will also assist in creating the desired market communication for marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial product designer,  interior architect, business management or engineering.
• 5 years of experience in a B2B environment, with a minimum of 7 years of total work experience.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Proven communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Expertise in AI technologies, including but not limited to OpenAI and GPT-3.
  
• Experience working in a dynamic environment with disciplined teams and cross-cultural understanding.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant tools (an advantage).
• Energetic, organized, and business-focused approach.
• Positive attitude and strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented with a mindset for achievement and a passion for excellence.
• Attention to detail and well-organized, with a focus on business goals.
