QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least two years experience in smilar position
• Good command of SAP ( MM, MRP) and MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Have knowledge of Turkish custom clearance procedure
• Familiar with Management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Process and Product safety, Environment &Health and the Safety procedures)
• Under 30 years
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Self motivated, work ambition and good teamwork spirit
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Residence in Asian side of Istanbul
• Planning of the raw materials that are used in the production
• Research related tor suppliers and raw materials
• Handling of all import and purchasing lists as daily and annual purchase lists
• Tracking the custom clearance for all chemical raw materials
• Communicate with the custom agencies as transporters, forwarders, suppliers, warehouses...
• Following the documentation of the purchase orders and the status of the orders
• Negotiation with the service suppliers such as transporters, local suppliers, warehouses..
• Preparing the reports for planning and purchasing
