QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Export Sales Executive for our global business partner operating in the cable industry.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree,
  • Significant experience in international business development and sales (preferably in plastics, pipes, profiles, electrical and cable sectors),
  • Ability to develop vision and strategy in the field of International Sales Marketing information,
  • Sufficient business knowledge for sales reporting, ability to relate to numbers, ability to think analytically,
  • Meeting Management (Conflict, Customer, Sales Negotiation Techniques) – Creating a positive impact on different human profiles,
  • Open to different cultures, presentable, able to represent the institution,
  • Able to see the big picture, working result and solution oriented for the whole,
  • Project Management knowledge (time planning, goal setting, project execution, work completion),
  • Time Management Knowledge (Ability to determine priorities, prevent unnecessary use of time),
  • Goal Management Effective use of MS Office programs (Power-Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP,
  • Advanced level of English language skills, preferably French and Spanish as a second foreign language.

Responsibilities

  • To carry out international sales and marketing activities,
  • Implementing company sales policies and strategies in the field to increase market share, sales volume and efficiency in line with company targets,
  •  Contributing to the annual planning and budget studies of the foreign sales and marketing activities for which she is responsible,
  • Preparing annual sales and expense budgets in accordance with company profitability criteria and achieving sales targets,
  • Evaluating weekly sales activities, identifying deficiencies according to the sales plan, elements that need to be improved, and reporting to the top manager for necessary measures.
  • To report the factors affecting the targets and the causes of negative effects to the next manager in order to achieve/improve sales targets,
  • Conducting market research on the sector, following the developments in the market, reporting market research results and price policies of these markets.
