Qualifications & Requirements;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Electronics or related field
• Minimum 10 years of significant experience with focus on Project Management and/or International Projects Execution. 
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience in ''Project Management'' preferably in Technology projects,
• Preferably having PMP or PSM certificates
  
• Strong skills including MS Project, Jira.
• Ability to read international tender documents and create a solution package
• Having experience managing large-scale, international projects.
• Build strong local and regional relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction
• Fluent in English
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally in the region as required.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global team environment - highly self-motivated

Job Description;

• Based on the contract, helps develop and implement the overall strategy for the execution of the project to achieve the project performance goals.
• Represents company towards the customer; controls and manages this interface and relationship. Manages the internal and external communication loop.
• Sets up and secures the necessary resources for the execution of the project. 
• Takes immediately all necessary actions and decisions to guarantee financial, time, quality and safety performance to maximize project goals achievements. 
• Supports the strategy for managing claims, and directs actions accordingly. Addresses claims by deciding on actions and leading them in consideration of the defined strategy. 
• Defines a Risk Management Plan. Constantly updates and reviews the risk and opportunities of the Project. Evaluates and decides on actions that benefit the overall performance of the Project. Follows-up these actions implementation and results.
