We are seeking for Fosroc Turkey, our global leader company in the construction chemicals sector, to join our Quality Team as "Quality Assurance Supervisor" in our factory in Dilovası, Kocaeli. 

Job Description

• To carry out the work according to scope of Quality Assurance and Integrated Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001),
• Managing the internal audit organization, planning, participating and reporting audits, taking corrective actions for identified nonconformities,
• Accompanying certification audits, following up and reporting nonconformities identified,
• Ensuring the continuity of the document management system and ensuring its active use within the company,
• To follow up and approve the corrective actions opened within the company,
• To monitor that quality control activities are carried out in accordance with the standards,
• To ensure that the products produced comply with customer expectations and internal documents,
• Reporting of corrective actions for customer complaints,
• To lead the determination of the necessary actions to reduce production errors and customer complaints, and to follow up,
• Participate in continuous improvement activities carried out within the company as a team member or leader,
• Accompanying supplier audits when necessary, following up on nonconformities identified with suppliers,
• To perform quality reporting regularly; to inform about risky, urgent and important issues in a timely manner.

 Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from Chemistry, Chemical Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control,
• Knowledge of Management System Standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) and CE certification,
• Fluent in English (written and spoken),
• Preferably with experience in the construction chemicals sector,
• Customer and result oriented,
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• No restrictions on ability to travel,
