Key responsibilities include:

·          Executing assigned tasks in accordance with Çayeli Bakır's safety protocols and procedures, ensuring the safety of oneself and the team.

·          Leading and managing the team in alignment with the annual targets of Çayeli Bakır

·          Responsibilities include overseeing the drilling programme to ensure accurate updates of ore boundaries and grade.

·          Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a block model that adheres to industry standards and best practices, as well as providing accurate reports on reserves and resources.

·          Overseeing production by supervising ore type, grade, geological boundaries, and formation types

The ideal candidate is required to have the following:

·          A bachelor's degree in geological engineering.

·          Minimum of two years of experience in underground metal mining.

·          Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.

·          Good command of Microsoft Office Programs, AutoCAD and, 3D block modeling software.

·          No military obligation for male candidates.

·          Be in possession of a B-Class driver's license.

·          Proficiency in using Leapfrog and MapInfo software is preferred.

·          Holding an UMREK competent person certificate is preferred.
